The objective of Vaillancourt Electric is to conduct all operations as safely and efficiently as possible.
To accomplish this, Vaillancourt has assigned the responsibility, authority and accountability for safety to all management and supervisory personnel within their area of operations. Futhermore, we have implemented a formal program with the issuance of a Safety Manual. All managers and supervisors shall ensure that all employees under their direction are familiar with Vaillancourt's Safety Program and that it is enforced.
Safety is the prime responsibility of all employees. Every employee has the responsibility of performing his/her work in a safe and efficient manner and reporting unsafe conditions to their supervisors for prompt correction.

Vaillancourt Electric was the recipient of the Safety & Health Council of New Hampshire's Governor's
Safety Award in 1996 & 1997 for achieving a perfect safety record and for Most Improved Safety Record in 1995.
